OREILLY AUTO PARTS – OPENING / Johnstown Pa.

Oreilly Auto Parts is set to open Aug 15^th at the Belair Plaza on Scalp Ave. in Richland Twp.  Bob Varner VP of Pennswood Commercial (the Leasing Broker for the Shopping Center) reports. This project has been a lengthy one, with store sizing and design changes as well as working through code issues with Richland Twp., the buildout of the space was slightly delayed Varner said. They have a very prominent storefront design and are highly visible from Scalp Ave and compliment the Plaza which has seen some recent upgrades. The Landlord has upgraded the parking field and from a leasing perspective I’ve added The Strength Lab, Holiday Pools and Spas has expanded, the Corner Coffee Shop has a new Owner, and now the Oreilly’s opening. We’ve come a long way over the past year and now only 2 vacancies remain in the Plaza. That’s a testament to the investment the Landlord has put into the center and the successful lease-up by Varner and Pennswood Commercial. This is the most occupied the Belair Plaza has been in years.
